IIT Baba Abhey Singh Biography
Abhey Singh was born on January 1, 1990, in the state of Haryana, India. Abhay graduated from IIT Bombay in 2012 in Aerospace Engineering. The main reason of doing Engineering from IIT Bombay is to go away from home and live freely as he wants. During pursing B. tech in IIT Bombay, his interests turn in arts then he has done Masters in Designing.
He had taught physics in a coaching for one year. He had got offered from top companies in Delhi and Canada, he joined a company in Canada and his salary was approximately Rs 3 lakh per month. But there Abhey struggled with depression and want himself make free from this and he started his journey of self-discovery and spent his winters traveling to places like Manali, Shimla, and Haridwar. During these journeys, he adopted spiritual practices and gradually moved away from his old life.
After 2021 he actively started posting content related to meaning, consciousness, life, enlightenment, spirituality and philosophy. He has posted many videos talking about the “truth” on his Instagram where he shares practical viewpoint of the above-mentioned concepts. It’s more of like a personal record or vlog but no one was watching them. He has become viral after the interview in news channel in Maha Kumbh, Prayagraj. After the interview he has gotten a lot of coverage on various news channels as the IIT Baba. Abhey also has an Instagram account which now has 400k+ followers, most of which were gained after he went viral. This is him in now 2025.
